What are the reception hours?
The reception is open from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm. Clients leaving before 8.00 pm, are kindly asked to clear the bill the night before their check out.
What are the night service hours?
The night service is open from 9.00 pm until 4.00 am. The key to the room should be left at the reception every time you leave the hotel. Reminding you that the key only opens the door to your room and not the main entrance door. For re-entries later than 4.00am we would appreciate previous warning with the personnel in charge.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. In case you are leaving in earlier morning hours, all you have to do is contact our personnel the day before for an anticipated, depending on our possibilities.
What are the Bar hours?
The Bar is open everyday from 8.00 am to 01.00 pm, we gladly accept clients not residents in the hotel in our bar.
What are the opening hours of the hotel parking?
The garage is open from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm. To make use of garage in different hours arrangements should be made in advance with the management.
How to use the parking that is 500 m from hotel?
At your arrival you will receive the key from the main entrance upon payment of a deposit. The numbers at your disposal are indicated on the parking. You are kindly requested to handle back the key on departure.
What is included in the room tariff?
The best tariff available includes room with self service breakfast buffet, Internet WIFI in the common areas of the hotel, service and taxes included.
How to make the payment?
Payments are accepted only in cash basis or by cheque. Credit cards or pay cards are not accepted.
What are the regulations regarding tips?
Tips are appreciated but not compulsory, it’s a way of saying ‘thank-you’ for the good service.

To obtain perfect air conditioning all the windows must be closed, otherwise the functioning is interrupted by sensors present in the room.

Yes and it is requested at the reception.

Yes, there’s caution fee based on the hired items value, for eventual damages caused by the client.
Is there a safe box?
We have a common safe box at your disposal for free, through release of a receipt from reception. The direction is only responsible for values and objects deposited in the safe box adopting existing rules and laws.
How do you use the telephone?
The line is given on request by the reception to enable call costs on the clients bill. Press 0 to get through line for all calls, national and international. Press 9 for reception and for wake up call service.

The major festivities are: Easter, 1st of may, Ascension, Pentecost, Corpus Domini and Ferragosto. The principal fairs in Verona are:Vinitaly,Luxury fair,Marmomacchine fair,Horse fair. Main events in Bardolino are; Triathlon, Chiaretto prizes,regatta of the Bisse, Festa dell’Uva.
How much does the taxi cost?
Taxi tariffs vary in accordance with the distance covered. Night supplement, +20%.
